Welcome to FluxA. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Description of Service
FluxA provides an AI productivity SaaS platform that allows users to monetize MCP servers and APIs, and access AI compute resources using a credit-based system.
User Accounts
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Payments and Credits
Credit System
Our service uses a prepaid credit model ($1 USD = 100 Credits).
Payments
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By purchasing credits, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
Non-transferability
Credits are strictly for internal use within the FluxA platform and cannot be transferred to other users or exchanged for external currency.
Refund Policy
Unused Credits
Users may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that no credits from that specific purchase have been consumed.
Used Credits
Once any portion of a credit pack has been used to perform an AI task or workflow, the entire transaction becomes non-refundable.
Service Issues
If a technical error on our platform causes a failed task, we will credit the impacted amount back to your internal balance upon verification.
Prohibited Conduct
Users agree not to use the service for any illegal activities, including but not limited to: generating harmful content, attempting to breach platform security, or interfering with other users' access.
Limitation of Liability
FluxA is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the AI tools or the output generated by our models.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
